3. Why we use your information

We use enquiry information to respond to you, prepare website concepts or quotes, discuss potential projects, deliver agreed services and keep appropriate business records. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Contact form provider

Our website contact form is processed using Formspree. Information submitted through the form is therefore handled through Formspree's service as well as being delivered to Meria Studio. You should review Formspree's own privacy information if you want details of how it processes submissions.

5. Cookies and browser storage

The website currently uses browser local storage to remember whether you have dismissed the cookie notice. We do not currently use advertising cookies or behavioural tracking on this site. If analytics or other non-essential tracking is added later, this policy and the consent mechanism should be updated before those tools are enabled.

Our site contains links to third-party websites and social platforms, including Instagram and portfolio demo sites. Those services have their own privacy policies and are responsible for their own data practices.

We keep enquiry and project information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for communication, project delivery, legal or accounting requirements, and legitimate business records.
