1. About these terms

These terms apply when you enquire about, purchase or use website design, redesign, hosting, maintenance or related digital services from Meria Studio.

2. Free mockups and proposals

Free homepage mockups, concepts, quotes and proposals are provided for preview purposes only. They do not create a contract unless both parties agree to proceed with paid work.

3. Project scope

The agreed project scope, pages, features, content requirements, price and timeline will be confirmed before paid work begins. Any extra pages, features or substantial changes outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

4. Client content

You are responsible for providing accurate business information, images, copy, logos, policies and other materials needed for the website. You confirm you have the right to use any materials you provide.

5. Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included during the design process. Larger redesign requests, major changes after approval or repeated changes outside the original scope may require an additional fee.

6. Payment

Payment terms will be agreed before work begins. Work may be paused if invoices are unpaid. Final files, launch support or transfer of the completed website may be withheld until outstanding balances are settled.

7. Website launch and third-party services

Meria Studio may use third-party services for hosting, domains, forms, analytics, booking tools, ordering systems or other integrations. These services may have their own terms, costs and limitations.

8. Ongoing maintenance

Ongoing support, hosting, updates or maintenance are only included where agreed. Without a maintenance agreement, future updates, fixes or changes may be charged separately.

9. Intellectual property

Once full payment has been received, you may use the finished website design and agreed deliverables for your business. Meria Studio may display completed work in its portfolio, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

10. Liability

Meria Studio aims to deliver professional and reliable websites, but cannot guarantee specific search rankings, sales, enquiries, revenue or uninterrupted third-party service availability.
